1. Description of Service

This application provides two core functions powered by TikTok's official developer APIs:

  • TikTok Login — via TikTok Login Kit, allowing you to sign in with your existing TikTok account. We retrieve only your username and profile picture.
  • Video Upload — via TikTok Content Posting API, allowing you to publish videos to your TikTok account directly from this application.

This application does not create or host TikTok content independently. All publishing actions are explicitly initiated by the user.

2. User Responsibilities

⚠️ Content Responsibility

When you use this application to upload a video to TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API, you — not this application — are the publisher of that content. You are solely and fully responsible for every video you choose to upload, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines. We act only as a technical intermediary and have no control over, and accept no liability for, the content you publish.

Additionally, by using this application you agree that:

  • You will not upload videos that violate TikTok's Community Guidelines, infringe copyright, contain hate speech, nudity, violence, or any content prohibited by applicable law.
  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for any video you upload through this application.
  • You will not use this application to upload spam, misleading content, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this service.

3. TikTok Integration

This application integrates with TikTok's official APIs, including:

  • TikTok Login Kit — for user authentication and basic profile access.
  • TikTok Content Posting API — for uploading videos on behalf of the authenticated user.

All API usage complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and platform policies. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the service. Users may revoke access at any time through their TikTok account settings.

4. Account Access

Authentication is handled entirely through TikTok's OAuth 2.0 flow via TikTok Login Kit. We do not store, collect, or have access to your TikTok password at any time. We only store the OAuth access token required to perform actions on your behalf, and only for the duration of your session or until you revoke access.

5. Limitation of Liability

This application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any content uploaded by users through this application.
  • Actions taken by TikTok on your account (e.g., content removal, account suspension).
  • Interruptions or changes to TikTok's API that affect the functionality of this application.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this application at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or misuse the TikTok API integration. You may also stop using the service at any time and revoke the application's access via your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions."

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our application or TikTok's API policies. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
